As the Chief Imagination Officer of WPN, I created this network to be part of a collaborative group of wellness practitioners who focus on client’s best interests.
I’m also passionate about helping people to move and feel better, and I teach easy self-care foam roller techniques designed to reduce discomfort and improve overall mobility, balance, and performance, including MELT Method techniques, Relief Through Rolling, and small MELT balls for the hands and feet. I also lead regular senior dances and host all-ages freestyle Move&Groove dance events to support local non-profit organizations while having fun, fun, fun. Movement medicine.
